The Work4POWDER Program: It's really is just that basic... Got POWDER? Yes. Got skills? Ability to make it happen? Now we are talkin. Work for powder? It's better than cash but shares many characteristics: Melts quickly in the pocket, is extremely elusive, gets chomped-up quick with a fresh windfall, is awaited with much anticipation, and only arrives for those in the right place at the right time and more often than not to those who watch the news. The gig is, you work in exchange for use of the facilities. Help out in the summer, ride in the winter... For some folks its plowing in the winter, hiking in the summer.
